Daily rate of $25.00 + GST may apply upon arrival of your vehicle that is stored in our locked yard. A daily rate of $30.00 + GST  may be charged for vehicles which are stored in our locked, undercover workshop.

A 10% sublet surcharge applies to all towing transactions.

After 24hrs from the book in date of the original assessment may also incur storage fees and administration charges.

In the event of a total loss, an administration fee may apply as well as compensation for time spent to provide quotation. This includes time to set vehicle up on hoist, measuring, disassembly of vehicle. 

Storage fees will also apply in addition to administration fees, starting from the arrival of vehicle. The vehicle will not be released until payment of all money owed.

Applies to all customers. We are legally entitled to exercise a Lien over your vehicle or any other goods left with us for repairs, in the event of non-payment of any amount owing to us on account of any repairs or storage undertaken at your request. Your vehicle and /or goods will only be released to you in exchange for payments in full of all amounts owing to us.

Take further notice, That any repair charges, labour costs, the cost of parts, incidental costs, storage charges, legal fees and ancillary expenses involved in exercising the Lien, shall be added to the amount outstanding and you shall be liable to pay the total thereof in order to obtain the release of your vehicle and /or goods.

Riordans paint and panel considers that a vehicle delivered and left on the premises for repairs, is an agreement to commence repairs, unless prior arrangements are made.  

By leaving your vehicle on the premises, without a prior agreement, Riordans Paint and panel, deem this as an Authority to repair.

Overdue accounts may be subject to a late payment fee.
